"The Traitor," is my book’s next chapter; it takes place to years after what happened in the previous chapter. Tris Prior, an abnegation transfer which is a member of Four’s initiation group, is the girl that ends up taking his heart; Gus, his supervisor, has already catched Tobias a few times breaking the rules, due to the fact that he uses his privilege in the control room to spy on Max and Jeanine’s conversations. After some more investigation, he ends up discovering that the Erudite and the Dauntless are joining forces to attack the Abnegation sector...Furthermore, Four´s initiate group is starting to have a lot of problems and attacks between each other; but the problem is that each time Four complains to Eric, now his supervisor of initiation, doesn´t show must interest. During Tris initiation process, Four finds out that she is like him...DIVERGENT. He gets to the point of telling her the attack plans and allowing her inside his fear landscape. Moreover, Four went to see Marcus, to warn him about whats going to happen the strange thing was that he didn’t believe him... but Four knew he has to protect abnegation...
"This is what Eric´s new system creates: A brave human being has just defeated one of her worst fears in less than five minutes, an ordeal that takes most people at least twice that time, but she´s terrified to go back into the hallways, to be seen as weak or vulnerable in any way. Tris is Dauntless, plain and simple, but this faction isn´t really Dauntless anymore. (Roth 202)"

The quote mention above came out in the part were Tris had just finished her fear landscape and she is terribly scared; but seeing what it says, she is more afraid to be seen weak and vulnerable by her fellow classmates. Eric wanted to implement a system that will be practice during initiation; he says that Dauntless has always embraced a spirit of competition, this attribute makes people better, stronger and shows the best of each one of them; "I think initiation should foster that sense of competition more than it currently does, so that it produces the best initiates possible. Right now initiates are competing only against the system, striving for a particular score in order to move forward. I think they should be competing against each other for spots in Dauntless. (Roth 168)" Eric was speaking in the quote before; so, that’s what Tris is so afraid of be seen like that, because some classmates can take advantage of that. From my point of view, I would say that I agree with Four thinking this is crazy. When I read how Tris felt, it kind of made me angry because she chose Dauntless for a reason and not for having to fear her vulnerability.
¨"Did you think overcoming cowardice would be easy?" I say
"That isn´t overcoming cowardice! Cowardice is how you decide to be in real life, and in real life, I am not getting pecked to death by crows, Four!"
She starts to cry, but I’m too struck by what she just said to feel uncomfortable with her tears. She’s not learning the lesson Eric wants her to learn. She’s learning different things, wiser ones. (Roth 203)¨
I picked the phrase above because I wanted to show more prove about how wrong the new system is; this happens right after the previous sentence; Tris and Four are still talking about the effects of the fears landscape mixed with the new rules. The sentence that I love the most in this fragments is the one that Tris says "...Cowardice is how you decide to be in real life...” this little piece means nothing when you first read it, but then when you start to analyze it, it starts to make sense; what I got out of this, is that the attitude and personality you have in real life and how you manage to solve problems are the things that determine if you are a coward or not. Also, you don’t have to stop been afraid of your fears, just learn how to control them and no let them stop you from your real goal and the things you want to accomplish in life. "Fear has its use; cowardice has none." Cowardice is not measure by how many fears you have but how many you let to stand on your way...
Before "Four" came out, there is a trilogy about Tris Prior; so "The Traitor" and the last part of my book are just events that happened in the previous books but from Tobias point of view not Tris. Consequently, this book doesn’t end with the results of the attack or what happens between Four and Tris. Fortunately, my book has some seems and events that happened in Divergent, Insurgent or Allegiant, but also from Tobias´s perspective. Those exclusive seems are the ones that are going to end my posts about this amazing book. So, if you want to explore some events from Tris´s life, but from another head, don’t forget to take a look at my next post!
